Enchantment Windows and Doors has served Albuquerque and surrounding communities since 1999. We sell and install high-quality custom windows, patio doors, and entry doors from industry-leading manufacturers, including Milgard, MI, Simonton, and Provia. Enchantment Windows and Doors is a locally operated and owned company; the owners, Mark and Wendy, reside in the community. Our philosophy is to provide excellent products that are built for
the Albuquerque region, high desert climate, and extreme weather from leading national companies, including Milgard, MI, Simonton, and Provia, at a reasonable price for our customers. We believe in educating our customers on how to buy energy-efficient windows and doors at a reasonable price and assist in choosing the best window styles and operability to fit your home’s aesthetics and your personal preferences.

No Pressure Sales
Our sales philosophy is built around education, customization, building trust with our customers and providing personal assistance throughout the entire process of shopping for windows and doors. While most of our competitors thrive on pressure sales, we are transparent with our customers by providing upfront pricing with no fake discounts or lies about the quality of products and if it is built for the climate and altitude of the Albuquerque region.
Up-Front Pricing
We feel that up-front pricing, education, and exceptional value is the best way to respect our customer’s needs. We do not think that gouging customers or using pressure sales tactics during in-home selling is how to operate a business. We are a small family business that allows us to customize pricing without adding extra fluff to pay for national marketing campaigns or a corporate office.
Installation Experience
Our installation teams have many years of experience in the business and are not practicing on your home. These installers take pride in their work and always strive to provide excellent service while being aware that removing an old window from your home can be very dusty, so they also clean up after themselves.
